The tire on my wife’s truck blew out on the interstate, while she was pulling the horse trailer. EquiPro sent someone right away. “My son seems to think everything is always in good working order and doesn’t pay attention to the details of owning and operating equipment like he should. He was pulled over, on the freeway by a state trooper because his tail lights (on his trailer) were not working. The trooper followed him to the nearest exit and made him pull over in a parking lot and told him he could not drive until the lights worked. Mom to the rescue! I was too far away to help him myself, so I called EquiPro Roadside. They sent a service guy who came out pretty quickly and actually worked on the electrical parts of the trailer, until he found the short. He repaired it, on the spot! Unbelievable! He got my son and Marker (his horse) safely back on the road and fully operational.

“I have always considered myself a skilled driver when it comes to hauling livestock. I must have been distracted, because I turned a corner too sharp and put my horse trailer off the road and slightly in the ditch. My daughter’s pony was inside, so I was a little panicked because I could not pull it out and back on the road. Now I am stuck, with the trailer all crooked and half in the ditch. “After being at a junior show for several days, I was ready to get home. Of course, when I went to start the truck the battery was dead. Now I have a dead truck, and my kid standing at the back of the trailer ready to load her horse. Right away, I figured this was the beginning of what was to be a very frustrating rest of the day. Good news! EquiPro Roadside was quick to answer and quick to get someone to me. We were at the fairgrounds, so I don’t think they were far away.
